Shipping Information

Every item is steamed before being packaged and is processed then shipped with one of the following companies; Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, Fedex, Canpar, DHL, etc.

International shipping is available for most countries. When placing an international order, you are agreeing to pay any applicable customs, duties, and/or taxes levied by your country.

All orders can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. We urge you to ensure that all details are correct before finalizing your order.

ANOMALIE is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, and/or damaged during shipment. All claims must be filed by the customer to the mail carrier.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, but please note that all sales are final. We are not currently offering refunds, returns, or exchanges. To assist in making your purchase decision, we have provided detailed measurements of each product.

Please be aware that our garments are secondhand, which means they may show varying degrees of wear including dirt, paint, distressing, or other marks.
