How do I return an item?
Please contact support@anomalieworld.com within 2 days of receiving your shipment.
Packages sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition with all original tags attached.
ANOMALIEWORLD must receive the returned item within 7 days of issuing the return authorization.
Please note: All items are final sale. ANOMALIEWORLD does not offer returns unless the product is damaged due to manufacturing defects.
Can I contact you directly with questions?
Yes. Please email support@anomalieworld.com with any inquiries regarding your order.
What about shipping fees and taxes?
The buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and value-added taxes.
If an order is returned due to unpaid duties, the buyer must cover the cost of reshipment.
Why do my billing and shipping addresses need to match?
ANOMALIEWORLD requires matching billing and shipping addresses as a security measure to prevent credit card fraud.
When are particular items released?
Most items do not have scheduled release dates.
